GrowthFlow (Pty) Ltd (“GrowthFlow”, “we”, “us”) builds websites and provides digital marketing services for home improvement contractors. This policy explains what we collect through growthflow.dev, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email frank@growthflow.dev.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the details of your message. When you complete our onboarding form we collect the business and project information you enter, such as your company name, website, the services you're interested in, and your goals. When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you provide to book the time.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, provide and improve our services, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers that help us operate the business: Resend (delivers form submissions to us by email), Calendly (call scheduling), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as we need it to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing frank@growthflow.dev. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as POPIA (South Africa) or applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is intended for business owners and isn't directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
