Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 July 2026

These terms govern your use of growthflow.dev. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our services

GrowthFlow provides website design, development, and digital marketing services for home improvement contractors. This site describes those services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are set out in the separate agreement between you and GrowthFlow, which governs if it conflicts with anything on this site.

Engagements and payment

We work on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in. Fees, billing, and cancellation terms are defined in your client agreement.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the materials and access we need to do the work, and to use the site lawfully.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the website and the content we deliver for you. GrowthFlow retains ownership of its own tools, methods, and any pre-existing materials. The content on this site — text, design, and logos — belongs to GrowthFlow unless stated otherwise.

Third-party services

The site links to and uses third-party services such as Calendly. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No guarantees

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or lead volumes. What we commit to is doing the work properly and honestly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthFlow isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
